APPLICATION FORM FOR SIKH HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS 2026-27 (In Partnership with SES CHANDIGARH & SES FARIDKOT)

Read the SHDF Scholarship Guidelines 2026 - 2027 before starting. Applications close November 6, 2026. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Documents Required for all applicants
- Marksheets or transcripts for every semester or year completed so far
- Fee receipts paid to date for your current course
- Income proof for both parents, including pension documents
- Bank passbook first page in the applicant's own name
- Reference letter from the Head of your Institution or Department
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Aadhaar card

Required only if it applies to you
- Death certificate, if either parent is deceased
- Medical or disability certificate, for the applicant or for the family's main earner
- Affidavit from a sarpanch, tehsildar or judicial official, if your parents are separated
- Certificates for state or national level sports achievement
- Certificates for Gurmat Sangeet or other music achievement

- An essay of at least 200 words, in English or Punjabi, in your own words. Essays copied from others, from the internet, or generated by AI will be rejected.
- A bank account in the applicant's own name. Scholarships cannot be paid into a parent's or guardian's account.
