SHDF SCHOLARSHIP RENEWAL APPLICATION FORM YEAR 2026 - Step 1 of 7

APPLICATION FORM FOR SIKH HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS 2026-27 (In Partnership with SES CHANDIGARH & SES FARIDKOT)

Who this form is for
- This form is for students who have received an SHDF scholarship before.
- If you have not received an SHDF scholarship, use the New Application form instead.

Deadline
- Applications close November 6, 2026.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Documents to keep ready
Save these as PDF, JPG or PNG files before you start.

Required for all renewal applicants
- Your previous SHDF application Entry ID, shown when you submitted your last application
- Marksheets or transcripts for every semester or year completed
- Fee receipts paid to date for your current course
- Bank passbook first page in your own name
- Reference letter from the Head of your Institution or Department

Also required
- Updated income proof for both parents
- Death certificate, if a parent has died
- Medical or disability certificate, if applicable
- Certificates for any sports, academic or music achievement

Please note
- You must have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate in your previous semester or year.
- Your bank account must be in your own name. Scholarships cannot be paid into a parent's or guardian's account.

Alumni portal registration
- All scholarship recipients must register on the SHDF Student Alumni Network.
- Registration invitations are sent by email after your scholarship is awarded.
- If you have not received your invitation, contact us at contact@shdf.org.
